30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Creator Toolkit lifetime access, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need to give a reason. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

Our order process and refunds are handled by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:

1. Visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or email createwithcess@gmail.com from the address on your account, within 30 days of your order.
2. Include your order or receipt number so we can match it to your purchase.
3. The refund is returned to the card or wallet you paid with. Refunds are typically back with you within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens to your access

When a refund is issued, lifetime access to the five tools and the downloadable files is revoked from the associated account. Files you already downloaded stay on your device, but your licence to use them ends. Your saved tracker data remains in your account unless you ask us to delete it.
